Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms govern your use of DedgoroArt at dedgoro.art(the “Service”), operated by an individual operator (sole proprietor). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DedgoroArt lets you generate images with AI models, organize them, and publish them to social platforms you connect. The Service is currently offered in an early, invite-based form and may change.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or publish content that:
- is unlawful, or sexualizes minors in any way (we have zero tolerance and will report as required by law);
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- impersonates a person or brand, or is deceptive, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
- is sexual or adult content — during this phase the Service is for non-explicit (SFW) content only;
- violates the rules of any platform you publish to; or
- attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. See Trust & Safety for our content policy and how to report a problem.
4. Model licenses
Each model on DedgoroArt comes with its own license from the people who made it. Some of those licenses require us to pass their rules on to you, so those rules form part of this agreement. You agree to them when you generate with the model they belong to.
Rules that apply to every model. In addition to section 3, you agree not to use the Service or its outputs to:
- give medical advice, or interpret medical or health results, as though it were professional care;
- make or support automated decisions that affect someone’s legal rights, or create binding obligations, without a person reviewing them;
- support policing, immigration, asylum, or criminal-justice decisions — including predicting whether someone will commit a crime;
- exploit the vulnerabilities of a particular group of people in a way likely to cause them physical or psychological harm; or
- generate personal information about someone in order to harm them.
These come from the CreativeML OpenRAIL-M and OpenRAIL++-M licenses, which cover several of our models. Every model’s page lists what that model lets you do, in plain language, before you generate with it.
Anima.Anima is built on NVIDIA Cosmos and carries NVIDIA’s terms with it. When you generate with Anima you also agree not to defeat, disable, or work around the safety filters on the Service, and to use it in line with NVIDIA’s Trustworthy AI guidance. We are answerable to the model’s owner for how the Service is used, so we may refuse or stop a generation that would break these rules.
Krea 2.Krea’s license allows commercial use only while your business earns under one million US dollars a year. Above that, you need a separate license from Krea before selling anything you make with it.
Where a model’s license is stricter than these Terms, the model’s license applies.
5. Your content & ownership
You own the images you generate. We claim no ownership of your prompts or generated images, and we do not use your images or prompts to train AI models. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service — to store, process, display your content back to you, and publish it to the accounts you connect, on your instruction.
Generated images are produced using third-party open-weight models. Your right to use an image — especially commercially — is also subject to the underlying model’s license. You are responsible for complying with those licenses; see Trust & Safety.
6. Publishing
When you connect a social account and publish, you authorize us to post the content you select to that account through the platform’s official API. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for following each platform’s terms. You can disconnect an account at any time.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Freemius runs the checkout, charges you, and handles taxes such as VAT. Your card details go to Freemius and its payment processors — we never see them.
You can buy two things:
- Subscriptions give you a daily allowance of dust (our credit unit) — 200, 400, or 800 a day by plan — that refills every day while your subscription is active. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
- Dust packs are one-time purchases. Dust you buy never expires.
The price, and what it includes, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Refunds
- 14-day money-back on your first purchase. If the Service is not what you expected, email support@dedgoro.art within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it.
- If a generation fails, or is blocked by our content rules, the dust it used is refunded automatically.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time, but renewals that already happened are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Price changes
If we change a price, or change how much dust a plan includes or an action costs, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you. It takes effect from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it applies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing what you generate and publish. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DedgoroArt and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DedgoroArt and its operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer- protection law in your country of residence applies.
